About Us

Sanda Ionescu is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator, passionate about helping corporations and individuals adapt to new or rapidly changing environments, both national and corporate cultures. 

Having lived, studied and worked in nine countries, including US, Japan, Romania, Germany and France, and having completed pioneering postgraduate research in Social and Organisational Anthropology at the Universities of Cambridge and London, Sanda combines in-depth theoretical knowledge of cultural differences with personal experience of completely reinventing her career in a new country… several times over!  With twenty years of work experience in areas as diverse as education, research, publishing, management consultancy and local government, Sanda’s constant passion has been enabling people to move easily between different cultures and sometimes conflicting points of view.

When she isn’t working or studying, Sanda enjoys travelling, skiing and trail running, reading and writing crime fiction, and watching her two sons turn into global citizens.
